Vin Diesel is a cursed 800 year old witch hunter, doomed by the witch queen who he killed. Fast forward to modern day and you have a world in which witches and mortals have a truce, with Vin Diesel's witch hunter keeping the line between them. This movie is actually pretty fun, with a well-enough developed world, and enough going for it that I want tos ewe more. In fact, I think the continued adventures of this particular witch hunter wouldn't make all that bad a TV series.

Anyway, perfect matinee' flick.
