No cutesy Disney animals, no gratuitous song numbers, just great animation, a solid plot, and your basic raw adventure.

The oldest of all legends, Atlantis has always been a subject of fascination for kids and adults alike. Disney has pulled off a rousing interpretation of the original land of mystery, complete with the wonder you'd expect, a good sound track, celebrity voices doing their best, bad guys, and a civilization in danger. No complaints here, this movie will rivet you, involve you, and have you agreeing that Disney should do more animations in this vein (looks like they finally learned a few lessons from that Japanese animation outfit they bought a couple years back).
