Parachuting ninja cats, computerized dog houses, dog collar communicators, and a hundred million talking dogs are just a little of what makes this living cartoon fun to watch. Dogs and cats have been fighting each other for millenia but more then just clueles Humans might imagine. Cats And Dogs has all the elements of a classic cartoon but set in a living world where anyone can get a good giggle out of it.

I can't really find anything wrong with this film, just take it for what it is; a simple little comedy where talking cats and dogs are the stars. Sure they take a little liberty with ancient history and what might actually be possible for our four-legged friends, but did you read the word cartoon? See it, with or without the kids.
