Gru is back, and he's making jelly and doing the single dad thing. At least until he is recruited to hunt down someone's who's stolen a very dangerous mutating formula. What follows is the expected round of spy-jinx with family ties. A predictable plot, yes (in fact, even Gru tries to tell the other guys he knows what's really going on), but nevertheless Pixar-fun. Solid matinee' fare that everyone can enjoy.
