A fresh take on the old classic tale, but one properly donw. It takes place in the England of centuries past, when Kings and knights roamed the land... as well as giants. We have the basic tale with the bean stalk and magic beans, only with more of a back story. It was overall really enjoyable ands worth seeing. There weren't any loose ends in the plot (except for, perhaps, the lack of female giants). The music was also good enough that I tried to get the soundtrack right afterwards (it was unavailable). Overall, a great piece of matinee' fare.
