Jurassic Park 3

Well, those dinos are back and acting up again. In something that's settling into a formula picture, we have a search for someone lost on the threatening island, a rescue search that crash lands, and the expected dino chase. This time the catch is that the raptors can apparently speak to each other, and there's also a new critter that can beat up our favorite T-Rex.

In short, it's better then the second movie but not as good as the first. Dinosaurs give chase, people get eaten, and in between all the other expected plot which you can well see coming. Nothing new or surpising, you're basically paying to see dinos run rampant. I will say that the ending was a bit weak, though. From a satellite phone call to someone across the world for help to rescue by- well, not to spoil the fun but a lot of something which takes a lot longer to get under way- was about 10 minutes. A key point that could have been easily remedied by asking how they got there too soon then getting an answer that involves the phrase "when your plane first went off our radar screen over the island...".

Not the best film this summer, but not all that bad either.
