Of all the sequels of the original Jurassic Park, this one is by far the best. No sequel is ever going to recapture the unique magic of the first film, because that film WAS unique and these are all offspring, but this one does a lot better job than the second and third ones, with some little nods back to the original and the magic of an entire theme park of dinos. Of course you need the guy trying to make a stupid buck at someone else's expence or imnstead of a plot you have an advert for Disney's next theme park, and there were a few times when an actual phyiscal mechanism would have done better than computer graphics, but on the whole it had some magic, laughs, a few thrills, and enough to keep me entertained and grinning for two hours.
