The Legend Of Zorro

The sequel to Mask of Zorro, a movie which I enjoyed very much, amazingly enough I actually enjoyed this sequel more. A lot more (And did I say the first one was still darned good?). Filled as it is with one or two types of bits we've seen before in prior flicks and things you just might see coming, sometimes a movie is well done enough that it all seems like the very first time it's been done and that we've seen it. This is such a movie.

Excitement, adventure, intruique, humor; you'll laugh, you'll cheer, it's that kind of movie. And it's not just a series of action sequences strung together, this movie dares to suffer the details, those little bits that make a movie a more believable reality, and in this case a whole lot more fun (keep an eye on that horse). You won't be afraid to cheer for the hero, laugh out loud at the amusing bits, or draw a tear of joy. Here we have a movie and hero not afraid to be heroic.

In short, I loved this movie. Good show, good music, go see it.
