Monkey Bone

Brendan Frasier in something that looks like Tim Burton having a bad dream, Monkey Bone is a comedy with a definite minimum age requirement. This disturbed little comedy centers around a cartoonist in a coma... a disturbed cartoonist in a coma. He gets to talk to his dreams and nightmares, and someplace along the way one of them escapes- into his body. The rest is Brendan Frasier doing that monkey-thing that he does best.

Word of warning to sensitive parents. There is subject matter (mainly at the beginning of the film) that though humorous, you may find inappropriate for young children (recall the title of this film).

Okay, cameo watch: Is that really Steven King. I'm not sure, but for all you fans of Ain't It Cool News keep an eye out or a very real Harry Knowels.

Amusing little flick if you realize what monkey bone usually refers to still and don't mind. See it with some friends.
