A redundantly titled ninja flick with a standard plot but a whole lot of blood, guts, and flashing steel blurs. Young man raised ninja from childhood, has falling out, and ends up chasing and being chased. Enter the pretty young female government researcher who gets caught in the middle of everything and the setup is complete. The rest is lots and lots of inja-on-ninja action that doesn't shy away from strewn body parts.

Admittedly the plot is almost as thin as the edge of the ninja's sword, but that's not what you're here for. One or two plot complications they keep hidden well enough, a minor quibble regards one guy in the biginning who said he survived a ninja attack because his heart's located on the wrong side of his chest (factoid: the heart is in the CENTER of the chest, behind all that hard bone), and a whole lot of blood. This is definitely a matinee' or rent-it-later flick, and not to be takend too seriously. Just something for a lot of bloody fun.
