Pan

Another take off on the Peter Pan story, only this one's a prequel, the origin of Peter Pan, and it's not too bad.

A lost boy himself, Peter starts off in an orphanage when he runs afowl of flying pirate ships. From there on we see how every little bit of the legend got its start and how Peter finds the strength within himself to stand up to overwhelming opposition. From there we get some wonderful sites and tastes of Neverland, plenty of action, and ending with the expected flying sequences. Not too bad a flick, even if you're aware of the little errors. Mainly the fact that it takes place during World War II, while the original Peter Pan story is set a round 1890-1910, meaning that Peter's origin would have had to be pushed back quite a birt before that. Even so, quirte entertaining.
