Another one based on some comic book I've never seen before, this is a film about a future in which the war between Humans and Vampires has rsulted in a wasteland of a world, with the vamps biding their time after their defeat at the hands of the Church's warrior Priests. But now, years later, when the war is allegedly over, the Church has cast the Priests aside, labeling their one-time heros now a threat. Except that the vampiures have only been waiting, and now an apparently random abduction leads one defiant Priest back onto his own personal battlefield.

This movie is pretty darned good, with room at the end for a few more in the series. The soundtrack is excellent, the action good, the plot enough to keep things string together without getting overly involved for this type of film. Excellent matinee' fair.
