Rat Race

Remember the old classic "It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World"? Want to see it again? Well then, this is the movie for you. Different excuse for the money, and only B-Class comedy stars and TV has-beens (ever wonder if Dean Cane got a job after Lois And Clark? Then inquitre within), but the same basic premis. Lots of money somewhere across the country and a bunch of social misfits in a desperate race to get it. Cue multiple comedy excuses.

A bit slow in some places as you wait for the next joke, the pace could have been tightened up a bit, but basically it was pretty funny. Probably not up to the original source material, but good when compared to most modern so-called comedy movies. I've seen better but I DID laugh and that's what counts. As far as anything objectionable there's only one poopy joke in the entire mess (I did NOT need to know what "prairie-dogging it" meant).

If you want a good quick laugh then go see Rat Race. It's worth the matinee.
