The next in this line of movies, picking up after the third one with multiple Alices invading Umbrella Corporation's HQ. As it turns out, that isn't the main plot but the set-up. The rest of the film goes in search of the mysterious sanctuary known as Arcadia. The film adds a bit more to the mythology, a coupe more pieces, and of course more of the mutant zombies.

All in all not a bad pic, so obviously in the end-of-summer matine' cheesey movie category (rating a Motzarella as such). See it at early bird prices, skip the 3D (not worth the extra money), and stay through the credits as there's an epilog near their start that is oh so a lead-in to a fifth film.
