The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause

First off, how's about we put holiday films someplace closer to the holidays, and not just three days after Halloween. That said, on with the review.

The third in the series, centered around Mrs. Clause being pregnant (Santa doing the deed... eeeewww), and Jack frost trying to find a way to take Santa's place. About halfd of the movie is Frost secretly sabotaging things up at the North Pole in an effort to get Santa to use the Escale Clause- the only way of bringing Santa down. Add in some inlaw problems and you have a cute little film that's quite enjoyable.

Non-serious family stuff, as to be expected from a Santa Clause movie, so you know the big guy's going to make it through (especially since it's all told in flashback), but it's still fun to watch. Light-hearted, a threat to Santa that only the very young would feel anxious about, and an appropriate film for such Holiday moods... just please keep such films to the actual holiday season.

Perhaps a bit better than the previous one, it might be worth a quick holiday check.
