It's been a while since the last Sinbad flick so even for an animated one I was sure to watch it. A Dreamworks film, which means no Disney singing and cute stuff, though the language and some other elements have been brought up to times. Also it seems set more in Greek mythology instead of Arabian, though I've read Sinbad stories that set it for either one (though I guess for the post-911 times the city names used were all made up instead of the usual Bagdad and such).

All that taken into consideration, this is actually a good fun Sinbad movie. Good villainous, good visuals (especially of the realm of the Immortals), good story, though Sinbad is a bit more of a pirate then I seem to recall. Also good soundtrack.

Good for families and Sinbad fans (me with the latter), and worth the early-bird special rate.
