Another in the recent interest in all things Snow White, but this one's not bad. Pretty good, actually. All the usual see-them-coming points from the mythology, but, of course, mixed up with a different blend of plot and circumstance. Still, though, all done pretty well and entertaingly enough to call it a win.

I would, though, like to voice an objection to the concept of the single Snow White story becoming its own sub-genre. We all know that Hollywood has run out of ideas, and more dangeringly so, does not want to admit it, but come on. Get a different story already.
