The prequel to the previous two Underworld movies, this telling how it all began. The story is in general known and told in the first two films, and the scenes and plot in this movie are consistent with that, but the good stuff is all in the details. A movie for fans of the first two only, it brings the plot full circle unto the very end.

Lucious the first lycanthrope with full control over his changes, his secret girlfriend the vampiric daughter of Victor, and the whole clan of immortals all several centuries ago in some old world castle lording it over the lowly Humans. As fans of the first two, you know how it all comes out, so I'll skip that and just say that this is a worthy prequel and well worth the trip. We see the origins of the major players as well as one certain favorite secondary Lycan character (I won't spoil it for you, just go see it). In summary, if you're an Underwolrd fan, go see this; if you've never seen an Underworld movie, watch the first two THEN go see this.

I guess I kinda liked it.
